If you need a specific document from Delaware, here is where to start:
- Divorce and family court records: Reach out to the Family Court in the county where the case was filed
- Divorce verification letters: Request through the Delaware Division of Public Health, Office of Vital Statistics
- Civil judgments and liens: Contact the Prothonotary's office in the relevant county
- Birth, death, and marriage certificates: Order from the Delaware Office of Vital Statistics at (302) 744-4549
- Criminal background checks: Submit a request to the Delaware State Bureau of Identification
